• Deposit Requirements
  $100.00 deposit required 30 days prior to arrival.

• Payment Requirements
  Balance is due on check-in and can be made by company check, credit card or cash.

• Rooming List
  Due 14 days prior to arrival date. (Can be faxed directly to the hotel.)

• Baggage Handling
  $3.00 per person round trip. (Not mandatory.) Please let us know what time we may expect you to arrive and depart.

• Cancellation Policy
  Total deposit will be refunded if rooms are canceled 15 or more days prior to arrival. Cancellations of reservations with less than 15 days notice will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.
